About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting patent searches, analyzing search results, drafting patent specifications, and attending examination reports. They will also be required to attend IPR conferences, represent the firm, and contribute to writing articles on behalf of the firm.

About Us:

R. K. Dewan & Co. is a reputable IP law firm with offices in Mumbai and Delhi. We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of ₹60 lakhs per annum, commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Requirements:

  • A postgraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering with good academic records.
  • In-depth knowledge of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) or at least 2 years of experience in IPR.
  • Preference will be given to registered patent agents.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and required drawing packages.
  • Excellent command over the English language (written and verbal).
