About our role:

Our team is driving innovation in the development of automated driving systems for global deployment. As a key member, you will support the creation of future ADAS system generations, which will see vehicles progress to full autonomous driving by 2030.

We are working on specific software functionalities to develop in-house software modules that maximize component reusability and robustness in the autonomous driving landscape.

You will join a dynamic environment with daily challenges that require strong problem-solving skills and ingenuity in thinking.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Undertake tasks in a multiple-disciplinary team to mentor junior SW engineers and communicate findings through presentations and reporting
  • Design high-level solutions and decompose them into detailed designs
  • Mentor junior software developers on design patterns, development best practices, and DevOps trade-offs
  • Create detailed software designs and support implementation in software and API interfaces required from internal teams
  • Develop complex software to satisfy design objectives
  • Understand API design for extensibility and portability of software across multiple implementations
  • Communicate effectively with global teams

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience with 3+ years in application design and development
  • Experience owning responsibility for low-level design, implementation, and validation in complex automotive projects
  • Expertise in AUTOSAR and C/C++ programming languages
  • Knowledge of Agile software development process
  • Hands-on experience in developing systems based on various IPC mechanisms
  • Understanding of Adaptive AUTOSAR communication and diagnostic stack
  • Experience in automotive software middleware platforms
  • Strong understanding of software design and architectural patterns
  • Familiarity with ISO26262
