Job Description

As a Salesforce CRM Analytics Expert, you will work with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for analytics and reporting needs. You will design and develop Salesforce CRM Analytics datasets, lenses, dashboards, and stories to provide actionable insights and drive data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

* Design and develop Salesforce CRM Analytics datasets, lenses, dashboards, and stories to meet specific business requirements
* Configure and customize Salesforce CRM Analytics applications to leverage features such as SAQL, dataflows, and recipes
* Integrate Salesforce CRM Analytics with external data sources, including Salesforce CRM data, ERP systems, and other third-party applications
* Optimize performance and scalability of Salesforce CRM Analytics solutions to ensure efficient data processing, storage, and visualization

Requirements

* 6-9 years of experience in Salesforce development
* Strong understanding of business requirements and analytics needs
* Excellent technical skills in designing and developing Salesforce CRM Analytics solutions
* Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements
