Job Summary:
">We are seeking a skilled Medical Coding Specialist to support our organization in ensuring the accuracy and quality of medical coding practices. As a key member, you will play a critical role in providing accurate and efficient coding solutions.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Apply coding and clinical information to understand the payer process of Surgery, APC, Outpatient.
- Provide inputs and solutions to recognize and extract data from medical documents for proper coding and auditing.
- Promptly respond to all requirements and report to the manager as necessary.
- Utilize project management skills, multi-tasking, training skills, and strong PC skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and internet-based programs.
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication, experience in strategic management, and analysis of benchmarking.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest coding information and research coding issues that arise.
- Maintain knowledge of Surgery coding and clinical concepts and exhibit flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications and Skills:
