About the Role:

Futures And Careers is seeking a highly skilled MEP Project Manager to join our team. As an MEP Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and commissioning of MEP systems for various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and commissioning process for MEP systems, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and provide expert advice on MEP system design and commissioning.
  • Manage and coordinate with contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and identify potential issues.
  • Prepare and submit reports on project status, progress, and any challenges faced.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in MEP system design and commissioning.
  • Promote a culture of safety, quality, and environmental responsibility within the team.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Provide guidance and training to junior staff members.

Requirements:

  • Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems, including design, installation, testing, and commissioning.
  • Proven experience in project management, with a focus on MEP system design and commissioning.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to travel frequently, both domestically and internationally.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in engineering, architecture, or a related field preferred.
