Sr. Visual Design Lead

Job Description:

We're seeking a seasoned visual design expert to lead our creative team in delivering bold branding, eye-catching social media, and engaging ad campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive visual strategies across multiple digital platforms.
  • Oversee the design process from brainstorming to final rollout, ensuring timely delivery and quality excellence.
  • Lead a small team of junior designers and editors, guiding, reviewing, and mentoring their work.
  • Collaborate with copywriters and account managers to translate briefs into high-impact designs that meet client objectives.
  • Uphold design consistency, brand guidelines, and creative excellence across all client work.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in advertising industry - expertise in digital advertising and campaign management.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite - (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Motion design is a plus.
  • Team leadership experience - you've mentored junior designers or editors and can review work with clarity and tact.
  • Strong grasp of visual communication, layout, branding, and digital aesthetics.
  • Deadline ninja - you know how to balance quality with speed.
