About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Marketing Automation Expert to join our team. Your primary focus will be on developing, executing, and optimizing targeted marketing initiatives using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).

  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns using SFMC modules like Email Studio, Journey Builder, Audience Builder, Automation Studio, and Mobile Studio.
  • Manage customer data and ensure proper segmentation for targeted campaigns.
  • Leverage SQL, AMPscript, and Data Extensions within SFMC to enhance personalization and automation.

As a Salesforce Cloud Specialist, you'll work closely with project management teams to manage workflow and deadlines across multiple campaign projects. You'll also provide support to senior team members during project estimation and Campaign discovery engagements.

We're looking for someone with strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with 5+ years of experience in software development and SFMC proficiency, is required. Preferred certifications include Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist and Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant.
