We are seeking a skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and be able to provide exceptional support to our clients.

The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for owning customer relationships, making them successful, and fans of our company. This includes:

  • Owning customer onboarding and providing a delightful experience
  • Tracking product adoption and ensuring customers get maximum value leading to upsells and expansion revenue
  • Becoming a trusted product advisor for customers and helping them with all the tricks of the trade to get maximum value from our products
