Job Overview

We are seeking a creative motion graphics expert to join our team.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will possess strong graphic design skills and be proficient in creating high-quality motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for marketing campaigns, social media, eLearning modules, and corporate communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop engaging motion graphics and animations for various platforms.
  • Design static creatives for digital and print media, including brochures, posters, infographics, banners, and social media posts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate concepts into compelling multimedia outputs.
  • Edit and enhance video content with sound, transitions, and motion effects.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in motion graphics, animation styles, and visual storytelling.
  • Maintain an organized workflow, including project archiving and file management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Motion Graphic Designer/Multimedia Designer.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Strong sense of visual aesthetics, typography, and color theory.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Portfolio showcasing both motion and static design work.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

  • Experience with 3D animation tools.
  • Knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
  • Familiarity with sound editing and basic audio design.
  • Creative storytelling and script visualization ability.
