Are you an accomplished MEP expert with a flair for innovative design solutions? We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled MEP Designer to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed MEP drawings and Bill of Quantities (BOQ) using Autocad, ensuring seamless design-to-delivery coordination with architects, civil engineers, vendors, and execution teams.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop accurate MEP layout drawings using Autodesk Revit (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire-fighting, and low-voltage systems).
  • Prepare BOQs for MEP services aligned with design and execution requirements.
  • Conduct regular coordination meetings with vendors and consultants to ensure design intent is maintained during execution.
  • Perform site visits if required for design validation and MEP inspections.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering fields.
  • ~4–5 years of relevant hands-on experience with Revit MEP in commercial/office space projects.
  • ~ Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks for BIM coordination.
  • ~ Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical distribution, and plumbing systems.
  • ~ Experience preparing BOQs and technical documentation for tendering.
  • ~ Excellent understanding of building services codes and industry standards.
