ERP Quality Assurance Specialist

Our team is seeking a seasoned software testing professional to lead the quality assurance efforts of our cutting-edge ERP solution.

About the Role:

  • Develop comprehensive test plans and strategies based on detailed business requirements.
  • Define and execute functional, regression, integration, system, performance, and security testing for complex ERP modules.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and implement automated testing frameworks using Selenium or similar tools.
  2. Develop and maintain detailed documentation of test cases, test results, defects, and QA processes.
  3. Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to identify potential issues early.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of leading QA teams and managing complex testing projects.
  • Advanced degree in Computer Science or related field, or relevant certifications (e.g., ISTQB Advanced Level).
  • Minimum 5 years experience in software testing, preferably within ERP systems.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency with automated testing frameworks and scripting languages (e.g., Java, Python).
  • Experience with test management and defect tracking tools like JIRA or HP ALM.
  • Familiarity with SQL and database testing.

Regulatory Knowledge:

  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical industry regulations and standards (e.g., FDA, EMA, cGMP).
  • Experience ensuring software compliance with regulatory requirements.
