About the Role :
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Frontend Developer to join our team at Gloify. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional user experiences through the implementation of innovative frontend solutions.

Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain user-facing features using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
- Implement responsive and adaptive web designs utilizing modern frontend frameworks, ensuring seamless cross-browser compatibility.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to translate design mockups into interactive and engaging web experiences that captivate our audience.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, guaranteeing a seamless user experience across various devices and platforms.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs, providing valuable insights and feedback to inform design decisions.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, promoting a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing within the team.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues across browsers and devices, employing cutting-edge debugging techniques to resolve complex problems efficiently.
- Integrate frontend components with backend services, fostering a harmonious integration of disparate systems and technologies.
- Contribute to the design process, offering expert opinions and feedback to enhance user experience and interface design, driving innovation and excellence in our products.
- Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in front-end development and design, continuously refining your skills and expertise to remain ahead of the curve.

Requirements :
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Design, or a related field, demonstrating a solid foundation in software engineering and computer science principles.
- 7-10 years of experience in frontend development, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines and pressure.
- Strong understanding of web standards, accessibility, and best practices, reflecting a commitment to quality and excellence in all aspects of the job.
- Experience with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar, showcasing proficiency in visual design and communication skills.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git), emphasizing the importance of collaborative work and teamwork in software development.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, possessing excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, reflecting a meticulous approach to coding and a dedication to producing error-free, high-quality code.

Preferred Skills :
- Experience with frontend build tools and package managers, highlighting a willingness to adapt to new technologies and workflows.
- Knowledge of CSS preprocessors (Sass, LESS), showcasing a desire to stay up-to-date with the latest developments in front-end development and design.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services, emphasizing the importance of integrating disparate systems and technologies to create a cohesive user experience.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies, reflecting a commitment to iterative development, continuous improvement, and flexible adaptation to changing requirements.
- Experience with prototyping and wireframing tools, highlighting a creative and analytical approach to designing and developing software applications.
- Basic knowledge of backend technologies (Node.js, Python, PHP) is a plus, showing a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic and ever-evolving technological landscape.
- Strong portfolio showcasing both development and design projects, demonstrating a passion for creating innovative and engaging user experiences.
- Knowledge of Canvas, representing a deep understanding of graphics and visualization concepts, as well as the ability to integrate these elements into comprehensive software applications.
