Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Release Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our IT organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of software releases and updates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage release plans that align with business requirements and timelines
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks associated with software releases
  • Implement efficient change management processes using ServiceNow and other tools
  • Maintain accurate records of release events and progress
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience in IT release/change management or related field
  • Expertise in SAP transport management and Rev-Trac
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow Change Management, Release Management, and Defect Tracking
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Problem-solving and analytical thinking
