Job Function: Video Editing & Graphic Designing

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Edit and enhance video footage for YouTube, ensuring smooth transitions, audio clarity, and color grading.
  • Design engaging thumbnails, banners, and other YouTube-related graphic assets.
  • Optimize videos and graphics for YouTube's algorithm and audience engagement.
  • Brainstorm and execute innovative ideas to enhance video storytelling and graphic appeal.
  • Stay updated with YouTube trends and design best practices to create captivating content.
  • Adapt content to be mobile-friendly and engaging for diverse viewers.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 1+ years in video editing and graphic design, with experience in creating content for YouTube.
  • Software Proficiency: Skilled in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Creativity: Strong sense of visual design, storytelling, and audience engagement.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on tight deadlines.
  • Teamwork: Proactive, collaborative, and adaptable to a fast-paced work environment.
  • Industry Awareness: Knowledge of YouTube algorithms, trends, and audience preferences.
