Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Flutter lead to spearhead the development of our mobile applications. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and user-friendly mobile applications using Flutter.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless app functionality.
  • Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability.
  • Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code following best practices.
  • Lead code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers.
  • Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues.
  • Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services into Flutter applications.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 3+ years of professional experience in Flutter development.
  • A strong understanding of Dart programming language and Flutter architecture.
  • Proven experience in deploying apps on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
  • Expertise in building responsive UI for multiple device types and screen sizes.
  • Solid knowledge of Firebase for app backend services (Firestore, Authentication, etc.).
  • Experience with state management solutions like Provider, Bloc, or Riverpod.
  • Familiarity with integrating health packages, IoT, or wearable technology is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and handle a fast-paced startup environment.

Nice to Have

If you have any of the following skills, it would be a big plus:

  • Experience working in the healthcare or med-tech domain.
  • Hands-on experience with device connectivity (Bluetooth, NFC).
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for Flutter apps.

Salary Range

The salary range for this position is 5-10 LPA (lakh per annum). This figure is based on industry standards and your level of experience.
