Job Overview

We seek a dynamic and proactive Marketing Strategist to spearhead all on-ground marketing efforts, increasing brand visibility and driving student admissions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive annual marketing plan aligned with admission targets and brand positioning.
  • Identify key offline channels, locations, and event formats to maximize reach within target demographics.
  • Create quarterly and monthly activation calendars, timelines, and budgets.

Event Management & Execution:

  • Lead the planning, promotion, and execution of events such as Open Houses and School Orientations, RWA Activations, Community Outreach Programs, Interschool Competitions, Workshops, and Fairs, Kiosks, roadshows, and external education events.
  • Ensure seamless coordination across internal teams and event stakeholders.

Vendor & Partner Management:

  • Identify and onboard relevant vendors, agencies, and community partners.
  • Handle negotiations, contracts, and vendor performance monitoring.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with Admissions Team, Creative/Content Teams, Digital Marketing Team to align offline efforts with online campaigns.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

  • Track ROI on events and offline channels, measuring metrics such as Footfall, lead generation, conversion rates, and brand visibility.
  • Provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for optimization.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, Communications, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • 4–7 years of experience in offline marketing, preferably in education, events, or community engagement.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing offline campaigns that drive measurable outcomes.
