Research Analyst Position

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Research Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing research skills, drafting proposals, and creating research instruments such as questionnaires.

  • Proposal Writing: Utilize your research skills to draft comprehensive proposals that adhere to project briefs.
  • Field Work Material Preparation: Prepare robust material for field work launches, including detailed notes, budgets, and show cards.
  • Questionnaire Preparation: Learn questionnaire design, digitalize with scripting teams, and prepare quality questionnaires for complex projects.
  • Project Management: Oversee field work processes, provide comprehensive field briefings, plan and prioritize project activities, share research study pre-requisites, and debrief interviewers.
  • Commercial Management: Finalize estimates, costing, and budgeting for projects, launch online in necessary software, and prepare analysis plans for data analysis.
  • Client Management: Manage clients independently, address queries, attend client meetings, provide error-free insights, and generate client satisfaction scores.
  • Time Management: Follow up with support teams, submit timely deliverables, manage multitasking project activities.
  • Collaboration: Work independently with minimal supervision, collaborating with inter- and intra-team members.
  • New Initiative & Skills Development: Upgrade skills for professional growth, stay updated on industry trends and categories.

This position requires strong organizational and communication skills, ability to multitask, and adapt to new challenges.
