Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled senior biostatistician to lead clinical research studies.

  • Supervise and direct the work of biostatisticians, associate biostatisticians, and sas programmers on complex statistical projects.
  • Provide expert consultation on statistical methodology across the industry.
  • Solve problems of complex statistical scope and provide technical review of proposed statistical designs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead study analysis plans and statistical programs for data analysis and display.
  • Keep abreast with current statistical and medical literature to ensure sound methodologies.
  • Foster innovation in biostatistics to enhance current knowledge and practices.
  • Ensure scientific integrity and accuracy of reported results.
  • Develop sample size calculations and lead statistical design of research projects.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in biostatistics, statistics, or Ph.D. in biostatistics, statistics, epidemiology, or related field.
  • At least 4 years of related experience with Master's or 1 year with Ph.D.
  • Experience with methodological statistical research, including publication and/or presentation of work.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in statistical methods and applications in clinical research.

What You Need To Succeed

  • Strong programming skills in SAS and/or R.
  • Expertise in state-of-the-art data manipulation and statistical methodology.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organization skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently or in a team environment.
