Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance group, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our plant by performing routine breakdown maintenance, preparing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other documents related to plant preventive maintenance.

  1. Conduct routine breakdown maintenance of Main Pharma Block equipment.
  2. Implement Preventive Planned Maintenance (PPM) schedules for efficient execution in the shortest possible time.
  3. Coordinate with production departments to ensure seamless operations.
  4. Allocate maintenance tasks to technicians and oversee their completion.

You will also be responsible for indenting spares required for maintenance, adhering to cGMP requirements, Good Engineering Practice, and other statutory laws, rules, and regulations. Additionally, you will maintain safety practices during operation and maintenance, and document all records related to plant maintenance functions.
