The Role

Vitelco provides end-to-end Information Technology (IT) services, delivering comprehensive, flexible and value-added solutions to clients.

We seek a Data Analyst who can analyze data from various sources, prepare detailed reports, and provide critical insights on campaign and customer lifecycle activities.

Main responsibilities include creating reports using reporting tools, conducting analyses of postpaid and prepaid customers, building regular dashboards, and publishing performance summaries.

Key qualifications include at least 5+ years of experience in the telecommunications sector, with strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Effective communication is essential to explain complex data to non-technical stakeholders. Knowledge of campaign metrics, customer lifecycle management, and campaign performance concepts is also crucial.

Preferred candidate will manage large datasets while maintaining data integrity and have proficiency in English.

Responsibilities include defining metrics, interpreting data, and developing strategies accordingly.

Ability to work in a dynamic environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams is a requirement.
