Job Overview

This is a high-profile position focused on guiding the implementation of integration solutions for Guidewire Policy Center.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading offshore teams, leveraging available accelerators, and ensuring technical designs meet traceable user stories.

This role requires advanced knowledge of XML, JSON, and SQL, as well as experience with web services hosting and consuming using the Guidewire EDGE Layer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with technical and business leaders to identify requirements and size configuration efforts.
  • Develop integration solutions for batch processes, message queues, and event messaging.
  • Leverage Guidewire EDGE APIs or EDGE oriented extended models to build reusable API solutions.
  • Establish and execute unit and integration tests.
  • Facilitate code reviews and ensure adherence to continuous integration and deployment activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 4+ years of experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter integration development.
  • Advanced knowledge of Guidewire Edge APIs and experience exposing Guidewire functionality to external consumers.
  • Strong understanding of reconciliation and account/user management integrations.
  • Experience leading offshore teams and managing multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Proficient time management skills and excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
