Senior Research Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Research Analyst to join our team.

This role involves a combination of research, analysis, and technical skills to support the management of legal entities, fund structures, and alternative investments. Key responsibilities include:

  • Entity Management & Platform Administration: Setup and maintain all entities for Alternatives business, including Luxembourg (Lux) entities in Diligent platform.
  • Data Integrity & Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliations and validations between all platforms to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  • Fund Operations & Structure Management: Execute fund structure setup for Alternatives book of business.
Key Skills & Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in fund administration, legal entity management, or financial services operations.
  • Experience with Diligent Entities platform, fund administration systems, and advanced Excel skills.
