We are currently seeking an experienced Application Lead with strong expertise in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting to oversee the design, development and configuration of applications. This role demands collaboration with cross-functional teams, project timeline management and ensuring application development aligns with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Function as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
  • Lead and manage the application development team to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Assume accountability for team decisions and project outcomes.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams and contribute to key business and technical decisions.
  • Provide solutions to complex business and technical challenges across teams.
  • Facilitate training sessions and knowledge-sharing to strengthen team capabilities.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks and implement corrective measures to ensure timely delivery.

To be successful in this position, you will need to have strong proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting, in-depth knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices, hands-on experience with integration of SAP FI with other SAP modules and third-party applications, ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions and familiarity with SAP reporting tools and data analysis techniques.
