About Altoura we are a pioneer in spatial computing. Our no-code platform offers immersive experiences for training, design, and sales in augmented reality (AR) and virtual reality (VR). This allows workers to collaborate, train, visualize, and learn from any location at any time using any device.

We provide expert support through our award-winning consulting arm, Altoura Studios. They help organizations rapidly plan, build, deploy, and measure solutions. This generates actionable insights and fast feedback.

This role is focused on understanding user needs and designing intuitive experiences as a UI/UX Designer. You will create visually polished UI and production-ready assets with a foundation in user-centered design and problem-solving.

  • Conduct user research to understand behaviors, needs, and pain points of end-users and content creators.
  • Translate requirements into user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes that prioritize usability and clarity.
  • Use Figma for design workflows and AI tools like Cursor to speed up the creation of UI screens based on validated UX flows.
  • Create production-ready UI designs including supporting graphics, illustrations, and icons when needed.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to ensure smooth handoff and implementation.
  • Contribute to and maintain Altoura's design system for consistency across devices and platforms.
  • Apply accessibility and usability best practices in all design outputs.
  • P present designs clearly and thoughtfully to stakeholders.
