About this exciting role you'll be the mastermind behind crafting and refining games and mini-apps using a cutting-edge AI tool-chain.

You will embody both creativity and criticism, building new experiences daily, judging your own work and that of your peers, and providing actionable feedback to improve every attempt.

Key areas of ownership include:

  • Rapid game development: Launch fresh games and apps every day through internal tools.
  • Self-evaluation and rating: Thoroughly review your output, score it, and document the reasoning behind its success or failure.
  • Peer review: Engage with fellow creators' work by playing, ranking, and annotating their submissions to drive excellence.
  • Prompt refinement: Extract winning strategies and distill them into reusable templates and documentation.
  • Continuous improvement: Provide concise bug reports and UX insights to empower engineers and refine the AI.
  • Metric-driven decision making: Monitor engagement dashboards and make data-driven decisions to boost retention.

If you're well-suited for this position, you likely have:

  • 1-3 years of hands-on experience with Generative AI (ChatGPT, DALL-E/Midjourney, LLM chains).
  • A deep understanding of what makes something enjoyable, which you can articulate effectively.
  • Fluent communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • The ability to ruthlessly prioritize ideas to focus on the most promising ones.
  • Bonus skills: Basic proficiency in coding (JS/Lua/React), marketing (Instagram/Twitter fluency), or data analysis (SQL) would be highly valued.

We begin with a one-week paid trial period, after which we evaluate progress before deciding on a long-term contract if all goes well.
