Job Summary

As a Data Management Associate, you will be responsible for partnering with the Onsite Data Management Leadership team to implement the Data Warehouse solution within our internal system. This is an exciting opportunity to work on complex data projects and contribute to the growth of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Database Design Expertise: Utilize your knowledge of business processes to design database and reporting solutions that improve efficiency over the long term.
  • Analytics Data Warehouse: Develop and maintain the Analytics data warehouse and MDM, leveraging data from across various internal applications and data vendors.
  • Technical Solutions: Contribute to the design and development of technical solutions to ensure that business requirements are satisfied.
  • Data Accuracy: Develops and deploys processes to establish and track data accuracy, completeness, and consistency within the data warehouse & MDM system.
  • Programming Languages: Utilize experience with standard analytical, reporting and programming languages and their application (such as SQL, Alteryx, Informatica, Python, R, and Stored Procedure).
Requirements
  • Master Data Management Experience: Professional work experience in Master Data Management, Hands-on experience with Master Data Management (full lifecycle gathering requirements, choosing/implementing tool, building solutions) preferred.
  • MDM Platform Knowledge: Knowledge of an Enterprise-level Master Data Management platform such as Reltio MDM, Informatica MDM, Veeva Network, etc.
  • Demonstrated Skills: Demonstrated experience in data profiling, data modeling, and data analysis to support the requirements.
  • Database Management: High proficiency with the SQL language and database management.
  • ETL Tools: Good understanding of ETL, analytics, and visualization tools like Informatica, Alteryx, Power BI, Python, Excel, and Tableau.
