
Senior Brand Strategist

Develop and execute brand strategies that drive business growth and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of a robust brand program across product superiority, equity, and market types.
- Build Masterbrand architecture strategy on the category.
- Craft positioning with strong BCI and Brand Key.
- Develop 360 brand campaigns to drive equity and preference.
- Create a multi-channel communication strategy for the master brand through product superiority, core brand thematic, and purpose-driven campaigns.
- Build Brand Purpose Platform.
- Develop an 'Always On' Digital plan for a 12-month calendar.
- Deliver brand health metrics through the brand program with impactful and innovative communication plans.
- Create Masterbrand Visual Identity and Packaging Re-design.
- Evaluate and fine-tune the Masterbrand strategy in line with category and competition landscape.
Customer Service:
- Build a Claims toolkit backed with defendable evidence to support Scientific/Technical/Marketing Claims.
- Prove superiority at Point of Sale through efficient and scalable superiority activation programs.
- Communicate superiority across media touchpoints.
- Counterfeit action through education, legal action, and Sales team training.
Internal Processes:
- Collaborate with Innovation Team for seamless takeover and incubation of New Brand initiatives/extensions.
- Synchronize brand marketing plans and campaigns for harmonized deployment.
- Work with Consumer & Market Insight teams to monitor, analyze, and evaluate market/consumer trends and competitor activity.
- Plan and execute campaigns in close partnership with stakeholders and external agencies/partners.
- Effectively manage external interfaces (Research, Advertising/Creative, Design, Media, Activation, Digital & PR agencies).
- Effectively manage internal interfaces such as brand team, insights team, R&D, legal & regulatory, shopper marketing, and sales.
Innovation and Learning:
- Expand user base with relevant extensions and innovations.
- Craft Masterbrand Extensions' mix across Mass Masstige Premium range.
Requirements:
- MBA (Major in Marketing preferred)
- 8-10 years of experience in brand management or brand equity
- Deep understanding of brand management principles and practices
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
