Job Title: Data Architect

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled data architect to design and implement cutting-edge data solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in building scalable data infrastructure, working with cloud-based technologies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing and implementing modern data architectures using Azure Data Factory, Databricks, and Synapse
  • Collaborating with clients to understand their business requirements and developing tailored data solutions
  • Mentoring and educating client teams on the latest data engineering techniques and best practices
  • Staying up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the field of data engineering and architecture

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of data engineering principles and practices
  • Experience with SQL Servers, data engineering, and related platforms such as Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Data Lake, and Synapse
  • Expertise in designing and implementing secure data infrastructure using Azure RBAC, Key Vault, and Azure Security Center
  • Hands-on experience with Delta Lake and Lakehouse Architecture
  • Proficiency in Scala or Python programming languages
  • Strong understanding of Linux administration and networking fundamentals
  • Scripting skills and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) experience using PowerShell, Bash, and ARM templates
  • Ability to work in an Agile development environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
