Job Title: Real Estate Acquisition Specialist

 

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Property Sourcing and Due Diligence:
  • Analyze market trends, zoning regulations, property values, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for acquisition.
  • Negotiate purchase terms, pricing, and contract conditions with property owners and developers.
  • Collaborate with legal and finance teams to structure deals that align with the company's strategic goals.
  1. Market Research and Analysis:
  • Stay updated on real estate market trends and analyze data to identify emerging opportunities and potential risks in various locations.
  1. Sales Support and Coordination:
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand client preferences and sourcing requirements.
  • Ensure the sourced properties align with customer demand, market trends, and company objectives.
  1. Documentation and Compliance:
  • Ensure all sourcing activities comply with legal, regulatory, and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of property sourcing activities, contracts, and transaction documentation.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in real estate sourcing, sales, or property acquisition.
  • Fresher's can be considered as an Management Trainee
  • Strong negotiation and deal-making skills.
  • Proficiency in real estate software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
