We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our team. This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Designer in our location. As our Social Media Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing creative content for social media platforms. You will collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective social media campaigns that meet our brand objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create engaging visual designs, such as infographics and eye-catching graphics for social media posts.
  • Develop and implement effective social media campaigns that meet our brand objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field
  • Design tools expertise: Photoshop, Premier, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Canva.
  • Strong understanding of Social Media Platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube
  • Strong visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, composition, and color theory
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver effective, creative, and innovative visual solutions within tight deadlines
  • Good communication skills, with an ability to present and explain design concepts and ideas to non-designers
  • Ability to work collaboratively as well as independently in a professional and creative team environment
  • A sense of design aesthetics including colors, shapes, balance, typography, etc.
  • Ideation and Brainstorming
  • Digital and print collateral
  • Infographics, social media design, newsletters
  • Ability to create Social media content like graphics, videos, and other forms of content
  • Understanding of social media principles and practices
  • Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in social media design or a related field
