Antimicrobial Performance Specialist

You will own the development and implementation of strategies to substantiate antimicrobial claims for new projects, ensuring seamless execution of testing and decision-making processes.

As a key member of the R&D team, you will provide expert microbiological support for the creation of innovative products across categories, focusing on personal care and surface care brands.

Driving data generation, analysis, and recommendations around antimicrobial performance of personal care and surface care innovations is a critical aspect of this role. You will contribute to continuous improvement of lab procedures and best practices while collaborating with external labs and institutions on innovation projects.

Maintaining and enhancing the microbiology lab according to global quality and safety guidelines, working closely with fellow microbiologists, is also an essential responsibility in this position.

To succeed in this role, you should have experience in conducting antimicrobial performance evaluations using globally recognized standards like EN, ASTM, and ISO.

Additionally, being a self-starter with a strong desire to learn, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively interact with the global team are highly valued qualities.
