Job Title: Data Analyst

The role of a Data Analyst is to play a pivotal part in the success of our organization by delivering high-quality data insights and analysis. This involves working closely with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes, capture data, and share knowledge across projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in generating a high standard of service delivery, achieving successful outcomes for clients, capturing data, and sharing knowledge across projects.
  • Support the development and maintenance of cost indices and escalation, including data capture, organization, storage, and analysis.
  • Manage large amounts of data in Excel, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in data management.
  • Collaborate with cost estimators/quantity surveyors to fill in gaps in data, driving informed decision-making.
  • Contribute to the process for collection, capture, and utilization of historic data, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Perform other duties as supervisor or senior leadership deem necessary.
  • Coordinate with senior and technical staff to achieve project objectives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree + 2 years relevant experience.
  • Firm decision-making abilities, excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Must have experience in data analysis and data management.
  • Must understand IT technology, including Intranet, MS Windows, and MS Office Suites.
  • Experience with Microsoft suite, particularly managing data in Excel and SharePoint, is preferred.
  • SQL, Python, R, PowerBI, and Tableau skills are beneficial.
  • Attention to details.
  • Experience managing and analyzing large data sets will be beneficial.
  • Interest or experience in the construction industry or how things go together.
  • Motivated to work independently and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Dedication to current/continued pursuit of registrations.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
