Job Summary

  • We are seeking an experienced Android developer to join our team.
Key Responsibilities

We are looking for a skilled and talented individual who can design, build, and deploy advanced mobile applications on the Android platform. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing native Android applications using Java SDK and Kotlin programming languages.

The selected candidate will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features, as well as working with outside data sources and APIs to enhance application functionality.

In addition, the successful candidate will be required to unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability.

Requirements
  1. A minimum of 5 to 8.5 years of experience in Android development.
  2. Proficiency in Java SDK, Kotlin, Androidx, Jetpack compose, and Android NDK.
  3. Experience with Google Volley framework, Retrofit for handling webservices, and Android components.
  4. Strong knowledge of UI design elements, dynamic screen building, and view components.
  5. Familiarity with architectural patterns such as MVC, MVP, and MVVM.
  6. Experience with database handling using SQLite and Room DB.
  7. Knowledge of Shared Preferences, Google Material design, broadcast receivers, adapter views, and Sliding tab layout view.
  8. Hands-on experience with tools like SVN, GIT, JIRA, and Jenkins.
  9. Ability to implement Firebase and optimize application performance.
