About Our Organization

Job Responsibilities
  • Verify quality of PV modules.
  • Develop and execute module inspection plans at factories domestically and internationally.
  • Coordinate third-party lab testing according to IEC standards.
  • Prepare and review Module Quality Assurance Plans (QAPs).
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
  • 5-10 years of experience in quality assurance or related field.
Key Skills and Abilities
  • In-depth knowledge of PV module quality and cell parameters.
  • Hands-on experience with PV module acceptance criteria and reliability testing.
  • Thorough understanding of Bill of Materials (BOM) used in modules and critical parameters.
