The Senior Engineering Director will be responsible for:

  • In-charge of team building, stimulating hiring, training, performance reviews, and career plans for software engineering teams.
Requirements

The ideal candidate should have:

  • 18+ years of experience working in product development organizations with a proven experience of developing enterprise scale products in a highly agile/scrum environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Java based technical stack, databases, AWS/Azure cloud, SaaS, design and architectural patterns and frameworks.
  • Strong Java/JEE coding background, willingness to design & code, and very good knowledge of software development tools, patterns, and processes.
