RVR PRO is a renowned professional services provider offering photography, videography, and post-production solutions in Hyderabad. Our team caters to diverse clientele ranging from personal to corporate projects, including wedding, portfolio shoots, ad-films, and short films.

We are seeking an experienced and meticulous IT Support Specialist to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing the organization's data systems, ensuring data integrity and security, as well as performing network monitoring and recovery tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Management and Maintenance

The successful candidate will maintain and manage the organization's data, including data storage, backup, and integrity checks. Regular audits will be performed to ensure data consistency, and any discrepancies will be addressed promptly. Data organization protocols, including archiving, tagging, and categorization systems, will be implemented and monitored regularly. Additionally, the proper functioning of databases and related applications will be ensured, and data security will be enforced by implementing policies and performing data encryption and masking when required.

  • Network Monitoring and Optimization

The selected candidate will monitor and maintain the performance of the organization's network systems, including servers, routers, firewalls, and switches. Network-related issues will be troubleshooted and resolved to minimize downtime, and proactive monitoring using network management tools will be performed to ensure availability and optimize network performance. Assistance will be provided in configuring and maintaining network equipment and devices.

  • Data Matching and Analysis

The IT Support Specialist will perform data matching tasks to ensure consistency between different systems and datasets. Data matching techniques will be used to identify duplicate records, errors, and inconsistencies within databases, and collaboration with business teams will occur to refine data matching rules and improve data accuracy.

  • Data Recovery and Backup Management

Implementation and management of data backup solutions will be undertaken, ensuring regular and secure backups are performed. Coordination and execution of data recovery procedures will occur in case of system failure, data corruption, or disasters. Disaster recovery drills will be conducted, and adherence to recovery time objectives (RTO) and recovery point objectives (RPO) will be ensured. Troubleshooting and restoration of lost or corrupted data from backups or other recovery systems will also be performed.

  • Documentation and Reporting

The successful candidate will maintain clear and comprehensive documentation related to network configuration, data management protocols, and recovery procedures. Regular reports on system health, backup status, and data recovery activities will be prepared, and assistance will be provided in creating and updating IT policies and procedures.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration and Technical Support

Collaboration with cross-functional teams will occur to identify and resolve data and network-related issues. Technical support will be provided to users and other departments for troubleshooting data and network-related issues, and staying up-to-date on the latest technologies and best practices related to data management and network monitoring will be essential.
