Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Accessories Sales Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling genuine vehicle accessories to new car buyers and walk-in customers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Promoting and selling genuine vehicle accessories
  • Achieving monthly accessory sales targets as set by management
  • Providing product demonstrations and explaining the value and benefits of accessories
  • Coordinating with the sales team to maximize accessory sales with every new vehicle delivery
  • Training and motivating the showroom sales team to upsell accessories
  • Managing inventory to ensure timely availability and maintaining proper display of accessories
  • Monitoring customer feedback and ensuring a high level of satisfaction
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in automotive accessories sales
  • Strong knowledge of automotive accessories and their applications
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer handling skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate sales staff
