  • Plan and execute production activities for Ayurvedic base formulations, creams, lotions, foot care preparations, hair care preparations, and other tropical Ayurvedic products.
  • Develop and implement effective documentation and quality control processes in accordance with ISO and GMP standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve formulations, streamline processes, and enhance overall production efficiency.
  • Manage and supervise production staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality output.
  • Stay up-to-date with modern packing technology and implement innovative solutions to improve production processes.
  • Conduct systematic literature searches to stay informed about Ayurveda and herbal medicine.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Ayurvedic bulk manufacturing production.
  • Strong knowledge of Ayurvedic product manufacturing, including formulations, production processes, and quality control.
  • Experience with shop floor operations, including filling, packing, and overwrapping.
  • Ability to interpret work orders, technical instructions, engineering directives, and parameter sheets.
  • Working knowledge of JD Edwards Added Advantage or similar ERP software.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Prior experience in an Ayurvedic manufacturing company is highly desirable.
