We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Contracts Lifecycle Operations Specialist. This candidate should be motivated to learn and grow, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire contract lifecycle, from creation to execution, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve timely execution of end results and maintain an organized contract repository.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creation and execution of technology partnership contracts, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely execution.
- Facilitating the contract recording process, ensuring proper approvals are acquired and documented.
- Maintenance of an organized contract repository, tracking key terms, expirations, and renewals.
- Supporting transformation initiatives related to contract lifecycle management (CLM) and automation.
- Identification and implementation of process improvements and automation opportunities.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in contract administration, GTM operations, deal desk, or similar field.
- Familiarity with using or implementing contract administration tools, particularly Icertis, Adobe sign, and SFDC.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and communications skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple priorities and tasks while remaining positive and resilient.
