Job Title: Software Testing Professional

Description:

We are seeking an experienced Software Testing Professional to join our team. As a key member of our QA department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of our software products.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute manual and automated testing plans to ensure product quality
  • Develop and maintain test cases, scripts, and plans
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing
  • Identify and track bugs using tools like JIRA or TestRail
  • Collaborate with development and product teams to align on requirements and fixes
  • Work with CI/CD pipelines and contribute to automation testing
  • Analyze logs, support root cause analysis, and suggest improvements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 3+ years of QA experience, preferably in ITSM or networking products
  • Strong understanding of manual testing, bug tracking, and agile processes
  • Basic experience with APIs, SQL, and performance testing tools like JMeter
  • Familiarity with tools like Selenium, Postman, Appium (a plus)
  • Knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, SNMP)
  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and scripting in Python, Java, or JavaScript
