Job Description:

The Digital Marketing Strategist will play a critical role in defining and executing our marketing strategy across all core service lines, including Finance Transformation & Outsourcing, IT Managed Services, and Robotic Process Automation.

This individual will work closely with our commercial and executive teams to understand our positioning and go-to-market strategy, identifying opportunities to generate qualified sales leads in the United States & EU, our primary target markets.

The successful candidate will have expertise in content coordination and execution, as well as the management of digital marketing channels, including paid ads, SEO, website operations/UX, social media, and webinars.

Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Become an expert on ITC marketing positioning, differentiators, and target audience">
  • Own content calendar creation, coordination, and execution, working closely with stakeholders to present and prioritize SEO opportunities">
  • Manage content copywriters, reviewing and approving their work">
  • Support the creation of messaging and copy for marketing tactics, including website copy, paid ads, social media, webinar outlines, guides outlines, infographics, videos, etc.">
  • Lead the successful coordination and execution of webinars and events">
  • Continue enhancing ITC branding and brand awareness across digital channels">
  • Plan and execute inbound and digital marketing programs, including website operations, SEO/SEM, social media, and advertising campaigns">
  • Manage the day-to-day relationship and performance of the Digital Marketing In-house Agency, with support from a Digital Marketing Lead">
  • Measure and report the performance of all marketing campaigns across different channels, assessing against lead generation and sales goals">
  • Manage vendor partners, including contract negotiation and selection">
  • Identify the latest marketing and digital trends, bringing new best practices, training needs, and strategic direction to the company">
  • Brainstorm new growth strategies">
  • Streamline marketing and lead generation processes, improving Hubspot functionality and stakeholder interaction">
  • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels">
  • Provide thought leadership and perspective for content creation, working closely with Copy Writers and ITC Practices">
  • Serve as a link between marketing and inside sales/sales, ensuring proper alignment of lead flow and quality through the sales lifecycle">
  • Work with the Outbound/Email Marketing Manager on creating and optimizing automated workflows and outbound strategy for email campaigns">

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • An MS degree in Marketing, business administration, or a related field">
  • Fully bilingual in English and Spanish/French/Arabic/Cantonese/German">
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing for a similar services company targeting CFOs, CIOs, and high-level executives in Finance and IT">
  • Experience managing direct reports and agencies">
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking">
  • Demonstrable experience leading and successfully managing digital marketing in B2B services companies">
  • Highly creative, with experience identifying target audiences and devising engaging content and digital campaigns">
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and Account-Based Marketing (ABM)">
  • A strong understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) processes">
  • Experience working with popular keyword and SEO tools, CMSs, and writing/editing content for SEO">
  • Solid knowledge of web analytics platforms and tag management systems">
  • Experience managing PPC and Paid Ads Programs">
  • Working knowledge of HTML">
  • Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills">
  • High-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint/Word">
  • Ability to deal with multiple stakeholders in different departments with competing priorities">
  • Team player with professional assertiveness, open-mindedness, and humility">
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment">
  • Excellent organizational, project, and time management skills">
  • Hubspot experience a plus (including CRM and marketing modules)">
