Professorial Role

Description: The position is for an Assistant Professor who will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students, as well as contributing to the academic growth of the institution.

• The successful candidate will have a Master's or PhD degree in their relevant field.
• They should have at least 3+ years of experience in teaching and research.

Key Responsibilities:

• Present lessons in a comprehensive manner using visual/audio means to facilitate learning.
• Provide individualized instruction to each student by promoting interactive learning.
• Maintain a teaching load of at least 20 hours per week.

• Create and distribute educational content (notes, summaries, assignments etc.).
• Assess and record students' progress and provide grades and feedback.
• Maintain a tidy and orderly classroom environment.

• Collaborate with other teachers, parents and stakeholders and participate in regular meetings.
• Plan and execute educational in-class and outdoor activities and events.

Selection Criteria:

1. Master's or PhD degree in relevant field.
2. At least 3+ years of teaching and research experience.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Able to work effectively in a team environment.
