Job Title

As a professional resume writer, you play a vital role in empowering job seekers to achieve their career goals. This is a critical component of delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Write and format high-quality resumes from scratch using participant-provided data
  • Support professionals at various stages of their careers with tailored resumes
  • Interact directly with clients via phone and/or email as needed
  • Craft compelling content for job seekers across diverse industries such as technology, manufacturing, science, healthcare, education, entertainment, commerce, and more
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience as a professional resume writer
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A strong understanding of developing content relevant to various industries and suitable for entry-level, technical, professional, and executive roles
  • Certification from a major career organization (NRWA, CDI, CPRW, CRS, etc.) preferred
  • Technical writing skills and expertise in writing for technical roles preferred
  • Exceptional customer service
  • Expertise in formatting/designing with Microsoft Word
