:HITACHI ENERGY INDIA LIMITED is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of quality products.
Key Responsibilities
:- In-process quality control by conducting regular quality patrols to ensure adherence to process parameters defined in work/process instructions.
- Recording nonconformities and preparing corrective action plans (CAPAs) using tools such as A3, Fishbone, or 7 QC tools.
- Oil testing and recording results.
- Test failure analysis and providing feedback to improve processes.
- Calibration of measuring and monitoring devices to ensure accuracy.
- Development and maintenance of worker skill matrices and training operators to enhance their skills.
- Effective coordination with cross-functional teams to address manufacturing process deviations and continuously improve product quality.
- Maintenance of HITACHI ENERGY's core values of safety and integrity through responsible actions and teamwork.
Requirements
:- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electrical and Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
- A minimum of three years of experience in quality control roles.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English language.
Compensation
