Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead and mentor a team of Quality engineers, defining and reporting Quality Engineering metrics in a flexible/fast-paced Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of Quality engineers and mentor them for growth.
  • Develop, design, and build test automation frameworks from scratch, ensuring seamless cross-browser testing/automation using SauceLabs/BrowserStack or similar tools.

Requirements:

  • 6-10 years of experience in Java, Selenium, with a strong focus on API Automation testing using Rest Assured/any automation tool.
  • Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in Java, Selenium is a must, along with hands-on experience with Test automation frameworks – Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar.
  • Strong expertise in building Scenarios with BDD frameworks – Cucumber, Specflow, or similar, and coding skills in Java/JavaScript, Core Java, Typescript, or similar languages.
  • Hands-on Experience with SQL and strong problem-solving skills, coupled with excellent communication skills.
