Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Technology Officer to lead our product development at the intersection of social community and stock-market portfolios.

This is an equity-only, cofounder-level position with a unique opportunity for growth. The successful candidate will own the tech plan, ship a lean MVP for Android and iOS, build a serverless-first backend, and hire and manage a small engineering team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Owning the tech plan and shipping a lean MVP for Android and iOS within a tight deadline.
  • Building, deploying, and iterating on the product, moving from manual portfolio upload to live feed.
  • Architecting a serverless-first backend that can scale and owning all infrastructure and releases.
  • Hiring and managing a small engineering team as the product scales.
  • Implementing monitoring, Sentry/observability, automated tests, and shipping cadence.
Requirements:
  • A proven track record building production mobile apps.
  • Full-stack experience: frontend mobile, backend, databases, and storage.
  • Experience integrating third-party APIs, OAuth flows, and secure token handling.
  • Cross-platform expertise: CI/CD, app deployment to Play Store and App Store, EAS/Fastlane knowledge.
  • Basic understanding of infrastructure and security (env secrets, HTTPS, key rotation, encryption).
