We are seeking a skilled Quality Engineer to join our team at Renfra Energy India Pvt Ltd. This is a full-time, mid-level position located in Thenkasi, Chennai, and Tirunelveli. The ideal candidate should possess 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience and will be responsible for ensuring that our renewable energy solutions meet the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee quality assurance processes to maintain product standards consistently.
• Conduct rigorous testing of products to ensure compliance with internal and external standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to identify and mitigate quality issues efficiently.
• Participate in root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to resolve quality deficiencies.
• Monitor performance by gathering relevant data, producing statistical reports for management.
• Lead quality audit activities, ensuring compliance with regulations and highlighting areas for improvement.
• Foster a culture of continuous quality improvement.

The estimated annual salary for this position is ₹12,00,000 - ₹18,00,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
