  • Gather and define business requirements, translating them into data-driven insights and recommendations to improve operational efficiency, and contribute to company-wide initiatives.

  • Develop custom reports and conduct ad hoc analyses to provide insights and mentor less experienced staff, ensuring compliance with relevant data governance and risk management policies and regulations.
Requirements
  • Strong SQL experience and proficiency in Advanced Excel, along with expertise in BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI for data visualization.
  • Solid numerical aptitude and hands-on experience with dash boarding and business analytics, with the ability to adapt quickly and work independently with minimal guidance.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills, with a strong grasp of statistical analysis techniques and the ability to collaborate effectively with CXO-level stakeholders.
