Role Summary

An experienced Architect is required to lead the design and implementation of marketing platforms, with a focus on Adobe Experience Platform.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in AEP/AJO and Adobe Experience Cloud, as well as knowledge of best practices for data management, audience segmentation, personalization, and automation.

They will also have experience working with other marketing cloud and campaign platforms, and possess in-depth knowledge of databases, data models, ETL processes, and system integrations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Architecting and implementing marketing automation solutions using Adobe Experience Platform services.
  • Designing end-to-end architecture for marketing platforms and migrating legacy platforms to AEP.
  • Developing technical designs and defining workflows for marketing campaigns and customer journeys.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in architecting and implementing Marketing automation solutions.
  • Expertise in core web technologies including XML, HTML5, CSS, client/server-side-scripting languages such as JavaScript, and web services development using GraphQL/RESTful implementations.
  • Extensive knowledge of various marketing cloud and campaign platforms.
  • Strong understanding of databases, data models, and data management concepts.
  • Proficiency in ETL processes and data integrations.
  • Experience with real-time 1:1 personalization strategies and transactional use cases across multiple customer touchpoints.
