Leading Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team and play a key role in ensuring the highest quality standards across all processes.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ISO 9001 standards and experience in internal audits, as well as excellent documentation and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with ASME, DIN/EN, and VDI standards.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints by leading root cause analysis (RCA) and implementing effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date quality records, including inspection reports and test certificates.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to drive continuous quality improvement initiatives.
- Utilize quality control tools for precise measurement and validation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Production Engineering.
- 5-10 years of hands-on experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing/fabrication environment.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and internal audit procedures.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with international standards and quality control best practices.
